This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy explains the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from Aryan Steel Art.

By placing an order with Aryan Steel Art, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Returns

Aryan Steel Art accepts returns for both:

• Defective Products
• Non-Defective Products

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the applicable return period, subject to product availability and inspection of the returned product.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be in new and unused condition.
• Be free from damage, alteration, installation, or modification.
• Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, fittings, manuals, and supplied components.
• Comply with all requirements outlined in this policy.

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after the 10-day return period may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Method

In-Store Return

Eligible products may be returned directly through our in-store return process.

Customers are advised to contact Aryan Steel Art before returning any product to ensure a smooth and efficient return experience.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 17% Restocking Fee, calculated on the product price.

This fee covers inspection, handling, administrative processing, repackaging, and inventory management costs associated with returned products.

The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, or financial institution, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact Aryan Steel Art as soon as possible and provide:

• Product Details
• Clear Photographs of the Product
• Description of the Issue

After review and verification, Aryan Steel Art may provide a repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Aryan Steel Art specializes in custom fabrication and made-to-order manufacturing solutions.

Certain customized, personalized, or specially fabricated products may have limited return eligibility depending on the product specifications, customization requirements, and manufacturing stage. Such requests will be reviewed individually.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be declined under the following circumstances:

• The product has been used, installed, modified, or altered.
• The product is not in new condition.
• The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper installation.
• The product is returned without original packaging, accessories, or supplied components.
• The return request is submitted after the 10-day return period.
• The product shows wear and tear occurring after delivery.
• Incorrect information, dimensions, or specifications were provided by the customer.
• The issue does not arise from a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or delivery error.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection by Aryan Steel Art.

The final decision regarding approval of a return, exchange, repair, replacement, or refund will be made after verification of the product condition and compliance with this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Aryan Steel Art reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

Nothing in this policy shall affect any rights available to consumers under applicable laws and regulations.
