This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Country Coverage

This policy applies to orders delivered within India.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided manufacturing, fabrication, customization, or processing has not started.

Once production, fabrication, customization, or material procurement has started, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Custom-Made Products

Most products manufactured by Aryan Steel Art are custom-made according to customer measurements, designs, specifications, and project requirements.

Custom-made products include, but are not limited to:

• Stainless Steel Gates
• Designer Gates
• Steel Doors
• Railings
• Grills
• uPVC Windows & Doors
• Aluminium Windows & Doors
• Custom Fabrication Products
• Interior Design Products
• Architectural Metal Works

Due to their customized nature, custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect product supply by Aryan Steel Art.

Customers are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, designs, and order details before confirming their order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged during delivery.
• Product contains a manufacturing defect.
• Product delivered is different from the confirmed order.

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Aryan Steel Art.

Return Request Period

Customers must report any issue within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after the 10-day period may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for inspection and possible return or exchange:

• Product must remain unused and unaltered.
• Product must not be modified or repaired by any third party.
• Original packaging, accessories, and supplied components must be retained where applicable.
• Clear photographs of the issue must be provided.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Actual credit timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

• Order details
• Product photographs
• Description of the issue

After review, Aryan Steel Art may offer:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Exchange
• Store Credit
• Refund (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be approved if:

• Product has been used or installed.
• Product has been modified or altered.
• Product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
• Incorrect measurements or specifications were approved by the customer.
• Return request is submitted after 10 days from delivery.
• Product is custom-made and production has already started.

Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by Aryan Steel Art before approval of any return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Aryan Steel Art reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy.
